Withdrawal policy
This policy explains exactly how withdrawals from Gruviona work: the methods available, the times involved, the checks we are required to perform and the situations that can hold a request up. It sits alongside the deposit and withdrawal methods page, which lists each method's processing time in table form.
1. Introduction and your agreement
By requesting a withdrawal from your Gruviona account you accept the terms set out in this policy. Its purpose is simple: you should always know when your money will move, what checks apply and who to contact if something looks wrong. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer, and nothing in it is designed to make leaving difficult. Withdrawing your capital is a normal, everyday operation on this platform, not an exception to be discouraged.
2. Available withdrawal methods
Three methods are available. A bank transfer goes to a UK current account in your verified name and normally arrives within 1–3 business days. A Visa withdrawal returns funds to the card you deposited with, where your issuer supports the scheme, typically within 1–5 business days. A USDT withdrawal on the TRC-20 network is dispatched to a wallet address you control, usually within 24 hours of approval. Withdrawals must go to a destination in your own name: we do not send funds to third-party accounts, cards or wallets under any circumstances.
3. Processing times
Every withdrawal passes two stages. First, our review: we confirm the request matches your verified identity, your account is in good standing and no unauthorised access is suspected; this stage completes within one business day. Second, delivery: the payment rail itself takes over, and its speed is the processing time listed for the method. Bank holidays and weekends extend business-day counts. Peak periods can add a short delay to the review stage, and if that happens we tell you rather than leave the request sitting in silence.
4. Fees and charges
Gruviona charges no platform fee on withdrawals: no per-withdrawal charge, no exit fee and no percentage of the amount. Costs that can arise sit outside the platform. Card refunds follow your issuer's own fee schedule, and USDT withdrawals carry the network fee set by the TRC-20 network itself, which varies with network load and is shown before you confirm. If any third-party cost applies to your withdrawal, you see it before confirming the request.
5. Withdrawal limits
There is no minimum withdrawal amount beyond what the chosen method itself requires, and no lock-in period that ties your capital to the platform. You may withdraw part or all of your available balance at any time. Large withdrawals, like any unusually large transaction, may be subject to the additional review described in the next section; that is a legal obligation, not a delay tactic. Available balance means funds that are not currently committed to open positions; committed funds become available as positions close.
6. Identity and AML checks
The first withdrawal from an account is released only after identity verification is complete: the checks described on the AML and KYC page. Subsequent withdrawals use the verified record. Anti-money-laundering law requires us to monitor transactions for patterns that do not fit your profile, and where a pattern triggers a review we may ask for a short explanation or an updated document before releasing funds. These checks are statutory, they apply to every client equally, and they exist to keep the platform safe for the people who use it legitimately.
7. Reasons a withdrawal can be delayed or refused
A request can be held where the destination details do not match your verified identity, where a required document is missing, expired or unreadable, where enhanced due diligence applies to the transaction size or pattern, or where we suspect unauthorised access to the account. Technical events, such as a payment provider outage, can also pause dispatch. We never refuse a withdrawal to keep funds on the platform: any hold is communicated with its reason, what is needed from you and how long resolution is expected to take. If a hold is resolved in your favour, the request proceeds at once.
8. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the bank details, card or wallet address you supply. A wrong sort code or a mistyped wallet address can send money somewhere it cannot be recovered from, particularly on digital-asset networks where transactions are irreversible. Check the destination each time, keep your contact details current so we can reach you about a review, and tell us immediately if you notice anything unusual in your account, because a fast report is the strongest protection there is.
9. Cancelling or changing a request
A withdrawal request can be cancelled or amended from the dashboard while it is still in the review stage, before dispatch. Once the payment has been handed to the bank, card scheme or network, it can no longer be stopped, and any correction has to happen as a new transaction. If you cancel by mistake, contact support the same day: speed matters, and we will do what is possible within the rails available.
10. Support
Questions about a withdrawal, whether pending, dispatched or received, go to [email protected], handled by the Client Support & Compliance team. Support operates Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays), with a first reply usually under one business hour. Your personal manager can also see the status of a request and explain exactly where it sits. If you believe a complaint is not being handled properly, the complaints procedure explains the escalation route.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in payment providers, UK requirements or our procedures. The current version is always the one published on this page, and it applies from the moment it is published. Material changes that affect how you withdraw are announced in the platform dashboard as well. Continuing to request withdrawals after a change means the updated policy applies to those requests.
