Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions new and prospective clients actually ask: how the platform works, what it costs, what the risks are, how the account is protected and how to get help. If your question is not here, support answers email at [email protected].
General use
Fill in the registration form with your name, email address and phone number; it takes under two minutes. A personal manager then calls you, usually within 24 hours, to help with activation and your first deposit.
A UK bank account or card for deposits, a passport or UK driving licence for identity verification, and a device with a browser or the mobile dashboard. No trading experience is required.
No. The platform is designed for people who have never traded, and the analysis runs automatically within the parameters you set. Your personal manager explains each setting during setup and remains your contact afterwards.
Yes. The mobile dashboard carries account management, reports, strategy controls and withdrawal requests, with the same functions as the desktop version.
Fees and results
There is no monthly platform fee and no inactivity fee. The main costs are a trading commission of up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion of up to 1.50% and a Forex spread from 0.8. Every applicable fee is shown before a transaction is confirmed.
The fees and pricing page lists every cost in tables, and the exact figure for any specific transaction is displayed on screen before you confirm it. Your statements also itemise commissions per transaction.
No. Trading carries risk and the value of your capital can fall as well as rise. No feature of the platform, including the AI analysis, guarantees results, and past performance does not indicate future outcomes.
The Basic plan starts from £250, Advanced from £1,500 and Premium from £5,000. Many new clients begin at the minimum while they learn how the platform behaves with real money.
Platform features
Market monitoring and analysis run continuously: the AI module scans price movement, volume and volatility across crypto and equity markets day and night, and strategies you have activated execute within the parameters you set.
Yes. You choose the markets monitored for you, the risk parameters strategies operate within, which strategies are active or paused, and which notifications reach you. Nothing trades outside the boundaries you configure.
You choose from event notifications such as new device logins, order executions and completed withdrawals, plus market alerts whose depth depends on your plan: core on Basic, advanced on Advanced and individual on Premium.
Yes, the built-in simulator shows how a strategy would have behaved over real market movement before you commit actual money to it.
Risks
Yes. All trading carries financial risk, including the loss of the amount you invest. The risk disclosure page sets out each risk class in detail and is required reading before your first deposit.
No. The analysis helps process more data than a person could read, but no analysis method removes risk. Strategies have losing periods, and volatile conditions can pause trading rather than improve outcomes.
Committing money that is needed elsewhere. Risk that fits is risk you can hold through a drawdown without being forced to sell; money you need next month cannot play that role.
Security and account
Two-factor authentication, encryption in transit and at rest, login alerts by email, session management with instant revocation, and a full audit history of logins, connections and settings changes. The security page describes each layer.
Deposits and withdrawals move only between your account and destinations in your own verified name. API connections are made with keys you create yourself, and withdrawal permission on those keys stays off.
Use the recovery flow on the login page and contact support. Identity is verified before access is restored, which is deliberately slower than a password reset on an ordinary website, because the stakes are higher.
Login alerts notify you about new devices and suspicious activity by email, and the audit history in the dashboard shows every login with time and device. Report anything you do not recognise immediately.
Help and support
Email [email protected] or write to your personal manager. The Client Support & Compliance team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 GMT/BST (excluding public holidays), and a first reply comes usually under one business hour.
Ask before changing things at random. Your manager can review your configuration with you, and the getting-started guide explains each settings area step by step.
Email the support address with "formal complaint" in the subject line. The complaints page explains the four-stage process, the timelines at each stage and the escalation route through recognised UK dispute-resolution channels.
Learning more
Three pages: getting started for the platform walkthrough, crypto basics for what these assets are and why prices move, and the risk disclosure for the honest picture of what can go wrong.
Yes, the articles page carries practical pieces on common trading mistakes, manual versus automated trading and trader psychology, written by the team for UK readers new to markets.
